SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions set forth more detail about Weiss Ratings, LLC’s (“Weiss Ratings”) text message communications with you regarding the Training Video Series for which you have registered. 

As a component of the Training Video Series reminder notification process, you agree to the use of short message service (“SMS”) or text messages (collectively referred to as “Messages”).  Once you opt in, you will receive a confirmation text message. Your consent is not a condition to purchase any goods or services from Weiss Ratings and you may opt-out at any time.  Once the Training Video Series is completed, we will automatically opt you out and you will receive no further Messages unless you opt back in again at a later date.

At no time will Weiss Ratings send you text messages that include any advertisements, marketing or any other matters not related to the Training Video Series that we are conducting.  For more information, please visit our Privacy Policy at https://weissratings.com/help/privacy-statement.

Our expectation is that you will receive recurring text messages, totaling no more than ten (10) Messages over the course of the Training Video Series. 

Please be aware that message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Weiss Ratings does not have any control over these rates, nor does it have control as to any other obligations you may have to your mobile carrier in connection with your text messaging service. By opting in to receive messages from Weiss Ratings, you are accepting any such charges from your mobile carrier.  Weiss Ratings does not control how these fees are charged to or collected from you.

Weiss Ratings reserves the right to terminate the text messaging program, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. The information in any message may be subject to certain time lags and/or delays. Weiss Ratings does not guarantee that text messaging is available across all carriers, and is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may text HELP for any assistance in response to the latest text you received.  You will receive a response to contact Customer Care at 1 (877) 934-7778 or [email protected].   Weiss Ratings will answer any questions that you may have.

To stop receiving text messages, text STOP to the number from which you received the last text message.  

Please note that opting out of receiving text messages will unsubscribe you from all text messages sent by Weiss Ratings. You agree that following a request to unsubscribe from texts, you will receive one (1) final message, confirming that you will receive no further Messages from Weiss Ratings.
